Festival Salad

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz. mixed salad greens
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • ¼ cup Marie’s® Red Wine Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except cheese; toss gently to coat with dressing.  Add goat cheese to finish.

TIP: You can substitute feta cheese for goat cheese
