Procedure: 1.) Preheat oven or broiler to 375 degrees. 2.) Cut wings at joints to form 24 pieces and place in shallow dish. 3.) In another bowl, stir together hot sauce and butter, and pour over the wings, stirring to coat well. 4.) Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes. 5.) Remove from refrigerator and drain. 6.) Bake or broil chicken wings, if baking, bake for 15 minutes turn and brush with reserve sauce and bake for another 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
To broil: Broil five inches from heat for 10 minutes until brown, turn the pieces and brush with reserve sauce and continue to broil for another 15 minutes until no longer pink.
Serve warm with Marie’s Super Blue Cheese Dressing and celery sticks.
