Antipasto Salad Plate

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blanched broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, ½ inch
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 12 salami slices, rolled or folded
  • 1 cup Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ½ cup fresh chopped basil

Directions:

Blanch broccoli in boiling water 10 seconds.  Plunge into ice water to stop cooking; drain well.  Arrange ingredients on large plate and drizzle with Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.  Garnish with fresh basil.  Serve with baguette or crackers.
