In a large mixing bowl, combine beef with 2 tbsp wing sauce and salt. Gently hand-mix and form 1-inch thick patties. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Place patties on hot grill or grill pan for 5 minutes each side, brushing with additional wing sauce on cooked side of burger. Toast buns on grill for a few minutes to warm. Generously spread Marie’s Premium Super Blue Cheese Dressing on both sides of toasted buns. When burgers are ready, add a final brush of wing sauce to each patty. Pair the patties with the toasted buns and serve.
