Greek Feta Hummus

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1-15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 10 Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup Marie’s Chunky Feta Cheese Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Pulse garlic in food processor until chopped.  Add garbanzo beans, olives and lemon juice and pulse several times.  Add Marie’s Chunky Feta Cheese Dressing and blend until smooth.  Add salt and pepper to taste and blend again.  Serve with favorite pita chips.
