Poppy Seed Beef Satay

  • 1 pound sirloin, sliced
  • 1 cup Marie’s Poppyseed Dressing
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water


In a bowl, toss together the beef and ¼ cup Marie’s Poppy Seed Dressing. Coat each strip of beef and thread a soaked skewer through it. Broil 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve the satays hot with the dressing as dipping sauce.


Tip: Ask the butcher to slice your beef for you and save loads of time!
