Cook the beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In large bowl, toss lettuce and tomatoes with Marie’s Jalapeno Ranch Dressing. Arrange tortilla chips on 4 plates. Layer tortilla chips with beef and tossed lettuce and tomato. Finish with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and black olives. Serve immediately.
Tip: Add fresh jalapenos for extra spice!
