Spicy Beef Kabobs

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper seasoning
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 1 cup Marie’s Jalapeno Ranch Dressing


Rinse flank steak and pat dry.  Slice diagonally across the grain into 1/4-inch thick strips.  In large bowl, toss steak slices with olive oil, salt, pepper and cayenne.  Thread soaked skewers through steak strips.  Broil on high 2 to 3 minutes per side.  Serve the satays hot with the other ½ cup Marie’s Jalapeno Ranch Dressing as dipping sauce. 


Tip: Have the butcher slice your flank steak at the store for you!
