Sweet Potato Fries with Lite Creamy Ranch

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, sliced lengthwise in ½ inch strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt and
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425ºF.  In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with oil, salt and pepper.  Spread on an oiled baking sheet.  Bake sweet potatoes 30 minutes, turning occasionally.  Serve with a side of Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch for dipping.
