Salmon Croquettes

  • 2 pouches or 1 can (15 oz) of salmon, skinless, boneless, and drained
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • ¾ cup Marie’s Creamy Chipotle Ranch Dressing
  • 4 tbsp olive oil


In medium bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, pepper and ¼ cup Marie’s Creamy Chipotle Ranch Dressing.  Gently mix together.  Divide salmon mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.  In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add patties. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.  Top each croquette with a large dollop of Marie’s Creamy Chipotle Ranch Dressing and serve.
