In large bowl, toss baby spinach with Marie’s Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. Lay tortillas on a smooth surface. Layer each tortilla with equal amounts of ham, tomato, avocado, alfalfa sprouts and dressed spinach. Roll tortillas up tightly, cut in half diagonally and secure with toothpicks. Serve with extra side of Marie’s Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, if desired.
