Asian Slaw With Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Marie’s Coleslaw Dressing, divided
  • 3 cups shredded bok choy
  • 2 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper strips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:

Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Brush salmon on both sides with 1/4 cup of Marie’s Coleslaw Dressing. Grill salmon, 5 to 10 minutes depending on thickness, or just until fish begins to turn opaque.

Combine remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat with dressing. Divide slaw between four plates; top with salmon fillets.
