Whisk together olive oil,garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl for marinade. Place scallops in a zip-top plastic bag and add marinade. Seal bag and chill 30 minutes. Remove scallops and discard marinade.
On a foil-lined broiler pan, broil bacon on high for about 2 minutes. Remove from oven and wrap bacon around scallops, and secure with wooden picks. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Broil wrapped scallops for 12 minutes, turning once. Serve scallops with Marie’s Honey Dijon Dressing for dipping.
