Beef Pinwheels

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • ½ cup Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing
  • 4 large burrito-size tortillas
  • 8 slices deli roast beef
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese

Directions:

In large bowl, toss spinach with Marie’s Parmesan Ranch Dressing.  On flat surface, layer tortilla with 2 slices beef, 2 slices cheese and spinach mixture on each tortilla.  Roll up tortilla and slice in 1-inch sections and secure with wooden picks to serve.
