Chunky Chicken Salad with Bacon

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup toasted walnuts
  • ¼ cup bacon crumbles
  • ¾ cup Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing


In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery, walnuts and bacon.  Toss with Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing and serve on a baguette or deli roll.


Tip: Use last night’s leftover chicken in this salad.  Bacon is optional!
