Asparagus Beef Roll-Ups

  • 36 fresh asparagus stalks, trimmed
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • ½ cup Marie’s Creamy Italian Garlic Dressing


In a large skillet, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add asparagus, cover and boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain and immediately place asparagus in ice water bath. Pat asparagus dry. Lay beef slices flat and spread a thin layer of Marie’s Creamy Italian Garlic Dressing. Place asparagus spear on beef slice and roll up tightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
