Lobster Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked
  • ½ cup Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup finely chopped scallion 
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

In medium bowl, combine lobster meat, Marie’s Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing, celery, scallion, salt and pepper to taste.  Divide and serve in martini cocktail glasses for festive presentation.
