Salmon Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz hearts of romaine, chopped
  • ½ cup Marie’s Creamy Yogurt Parmesan Caesar Dressing, divided
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 6 baguette slices
  • ¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese

Directions:

Set broiler to high.  Place salmon on foil-lined baking pan and brush with Marie’s Creamy Yogurt Parmesan Caesar Dressing.  Place under broiler for 4 minutes each side or until desired doneness.  Brush baguette slices with Marie’s Creamy Yogurt Parmesan Caesar and place under broiler for 2 minutes to lightly toast.

 

In large bowl, toss romaine with ¼ cup of Marie’s Creamy Yogurt Parmesan Caesar Dressing.  Arrange on 2 large plates and top with salmon, toasted baguette slices and shaved parmesan cheese to serve.
