Greek Island Salad

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Marie’s Creamy Yogurt Feta Dressing
  • 2 Roma plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • ½ red onion, sliced in rings
  • ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives

Directions:

In large bowl, toss romaine with Marie’s Creamy Yogurt Feta Dressing.  Toss in tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and olives to serve.
