Peel potatoes and cube. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool. Add one jar Marie’s Dijon Herb Potato Salad Dressing, toss gently. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: Add diced celery for added flavor and crispness!
