Buttermilk Western Ranch Chicken Wrap

  • 1/4 cup Marie’s Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked (skinless, boneless)
  • 4 flour tortillas, large
  • 15 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup red bell peppers, diced
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper sauce
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 small can of corn, drained
  • 8 oz. jack cheese, shredded


1) Combine the beans, corn, red bell pepper, lime juice, cilantro and red pepper sauce. 2) Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. 3) Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle some cheese down the center of the tortilla. 4) Add 1/4 of the chicken and bean mixture evenly. Drizzle some dressing on top. 5) Roll up tightly and secure with wooden toothpicks in two places and slice in half. 6) Repeat same steps for the remaining wraps. Serve chilled with Marie’s Buttermilk Ranch Dressing.
