Procedure: 1) Combine the beans, corn, red bell pepper, lime juice, cilantro and red pepper sauce. 2) Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. 3) Place one tortilla on a flat surface, lay the cheese down the center and add the chicken and bean mixture evenly, and drizzle the dressing on top. 4) Roll up tightly and secure with wooden toothpicks in two places and slice in half. 5) Repeat procedure for the remaining wraps.
Serve Chilled with Marie’s Buttermilk Ranch Dressing.
