Chinese Cole Slaw With Crispy Shrimp

  • 1 pound frozen breaded or tempura style shrimp
  • 1 cup Marie’s Honey Dijon Dressing
  • 1 head napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 small fennel bulb, core removed, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal, including the green part


Cook shrimp according to package directions.

Combine Marie’s Honey Dijon Dressing with remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat with dressing. Divide salad between four plates; top with shrimp.

Marie’s Tip: For a kid-friendly meal try popcorn shrimp.
