Pour Marie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette over steak, turning to coat with dressing. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Grill steak to medium-rare, or your choice of doneness. Let rest 10 minutes; slice across the grain.
Divide romaine leaves between four plates. Top with greens, carrots, tomatoes, avocado and steak. Spoon Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing over salads; garnish with bacon.
